1. General Provisions and Definitions

h3lcom is an online casino and betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between h3lcom and its user ("you" or "member").

3. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited on h3lcom via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum limit set, however verification procedures may apply for large transactions.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals may be put on hold or cancelled in the following cases:

• If identity verification has not been completed.
• If the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳14,000 gives you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete betting worth 15 times the bonus amount (15x wagering). Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus requires a total of ৳18,000 in betting before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer can be used only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• h3lcom reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Earned bonuses may expire within a set period — the detailed terms of each offer apply.

5. VIP Program and Cashback

h3lcom's VIP Program has 4 tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on active play:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Cashback is calculated on net losses each week and added as bonus balance. Cashback cannot be withdrawn without meeting wagering requirements. Detailed terms of VIP benefits are subject to change.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 General Gaming Rules
